The EdTech Connection

Blended Learning in the Classroom
- The opportunity to see what questions they have that they might not ask in front of the entire class
- If you use Learning Paths in itslearning, you can build in differentiation for students who might need additional instruction or extension activities.
- The more often we use blended learning or online learning in the classroom, the more likely students are to make the connection between those activities and what we do for online learning days.
- Having students complete online activities in the regular classroom allows you to see what problems they might have when they are actually with you.
If you're curious about this looks like or would like me to work with you or a team of teachers on how to do this in your class, just email me to schedule a time!

Updates to Screencastify
The most exciting change in my opinion is that there is no longer a limit to how many videos you can create, as long as they stay under the 5-minute maximum.

Wondering how you and your students can use Screencastify in the classroom? Check out this eBook from Screencastify, with ideas from Matt Miller, Vicki Davis, Eric Curts, and more!
