Top Tips from Leaders at my Directors' Retreat:
* Schedule time each week for booking, recruiting and hostess coaching
* Develop systems for keeping organized (current parties, potential hostesses, potential
recruits, to do lists for your business)
*Be productive vs. being busy. Does the activity make you money? Build your business?
*Dream about what big money can do for you and your family, then go after that dream!
*Do like tasks together (print 10 hostess letters instead of just one at a time for instance)
* The fortune is in the follow up! Make contact within 48 hours of meeting someone.
Why Leadership?
Why leadership? Because I get to go back to MEXICO! It is such a privilege to be able to earn the Leadership Incentive Trip and after enjoying Mexico last year, it was definitely a motivator to work my business this year! However, I could not have done it without all of you as there are three components to earning the trip. How'd I do it? Since November 1st, I have sold over 10K and our team is almost at 50K in sales, plus I have 4 new recruits that are PEQAs (personally enrolled, qualified and active). My next goal is to earn the trip for two so my husband can come along and see what it really means to be a H.O.T. (husband of Thirty-One).
