New Masks: After a semester of daily wear and laundering, many masks and gaiters are becoming loose fitting and thin. We encourage masks with earloops over neck gaiters, as the gaiters tend to slide down easily.

Winter Snow Gear!

Please make sure that your children are dressed for the weather! Children will be sent out to play unless temperatures/wind chill drop below zero. The schools use WeatherBug to check weather updates and temperatures.

Also, please send in extra clothing for your child. Many children have accidents or get wet throughout the day and will need an extra set of clothing. Extra pants, gloves and hats are always a good idea.

Information for School Program 2021

Although we cannot do our normal Ski Club this year, Nub’s Nob is offering an

opportunity for us to participate.

Students (Grades 3-12) will be able to ski with a punch card for 3 “discounted ski

nights”. These punch cards can be used beginning Thursday January 28th and

are good through Friday March 12th weather permitting. They will be good for

night skiing any Thursday or Friday from 6pm-9pm. The punch card allows each

person to receive a ticket, rental and helmet for $20 per night. This is a flat rate,

and applies even if you have your own equipment.

Students/Parents will need to email or call to the Rental Dept. to make a

reservation by 4pm Wednesday on the week they are interested. Be sure to tell

them you are with the Harbor Springs School Group, and let them know if you

need rental equipment. They will get you signed up for the evening of your

choice. Upon arrival check into the rental building, make the payment and pick

up the equipment/ticket. Contact information is located at the bottom of this

page. Be sure to contact them as soon as you know when you want to go, as a

limited amount of tickets are available.

This season the Nub’s Nob Winter Sports School will be offering private lessons

to students rather than the traditional group lessons. Students that are interested

in a private lesson can make lesson reservations when signing up for the punch

card. Lessons will be offered for $20 per student or adult. All lessons last one

hour. Evening lessons are available at 6pm.

deadline to sign up is Tuesday, January 26, 2021. I will make a participants list,

get equipment information and provide liability forms that need to be turned in on

your first night. A limited amount of Chaperone tickets will be available. Please

NOT be making the reservations. This is NOT a Harbor Springs Public Schools
