Kindergarten Is Back At Park View!

Park View Families,

Our hybrid plan is beginning for our Kindergarteners this Monday, October 5th. We are so excited to welcome our youngest panthers to school. All other grade levels will begin Thursday, October 15th. Since our Kinders will be coming half-days, AM session 8:30 - 11:00 am / PM session 12:00 - 2:30 pm M-T-Th-F, they will not be eating lunch at school. When we start our 1st thru 5th grades, we will then begin our lunch program. Remember our lunch program will be starting on October 15th so if you want to view Arbor's lunch menus, please go to the district website.

Today I sent out a video to our kinder families so they could see what school will look like. Next week, all other grade levels will receive a video to see some of the ways school has changed to keep us all healthy. Let's all follow the 3 W's, so we have a healthy fall and winter.

Whether you are starting the hybrid plan or remaining remote, we are excited to begin this part of our Return To Learn Plan.

Self-Certification Verification Form

If your child is coming to school two days a week for the hybrid plan you must fill out and submit the Self-Certification Verification form for COVID-19. This outlines the symptoms you need to watch for and to certify you will follow the guidelines in the form for keeping your child at home. If you have not yet filled out and submitted this form, here is the link to the directions on accessing the form in Skyward. Here is the link to access Skyward.

By keeping your child(ren) at home when they are ill, it keeps the other students and teachers healthy at school. For our plan to be successful and to avoid any outbreaks, please submit the form and follow the guidelines. We all want our first step back into school to be successful!

Please don't forget to contact the health office if you have any questions about your child's health, or anything you feel is important for our health office to know. Our nurse is Mrs. Rymut and she can be reached at 827-4182.

Arrival & Dismissal Reminders -

In the previous newsletter, I embedded our arrival/dismissal procedures and the PV Map which I have also linked again here. This information is important so you know what to do when you arrive on campus. If you are a family that walks to school, go directly to your child(ren)'s entrance door upon arrival to line up. This will keep all students socially distanced. Please be sure to wear your masks whether you are walking onto campus or driving here. Please arrive on campus no earlier than 8:25 am as our playground is closed when students are at school. Teachers will let students in their classrooms beginning at 8:27 am. If your child arrives late and all students have entered already your child should go to the front door #1.
