Oak Grove Newsletter - October 9, 2020
Oak Grove Families,
Oak Grove and USD 202 have been working very closely with the Wyandotte County Health Department regarding COVID-19 cases and exposures affecting our school. Through this collaboration, the Health Department has determined that we move our Blended students from in-person learning to online only for a period of time to help slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community.
This change will be from Friday, October 9, 2020 through Monday, October 19, 2020. We will return to in-person, blended learning on Tuesday, October 20, for the Gold group and Wednesday, October 21, for the Green group.
While we are disappointed not to work with our students in person during this time, we are excited to provide opportunities for them to work with their teachers remotely. We know that these changes can be challenging and we will work to support students and families during this period. As always, please let us know if there is anything we can do to help your student(s) be successful. We greatly appreciate your partnership and flexibility throughout this process.
As always, please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. The Oak Grove phone number is 913-288-3900.
