Items Collection Day This Friday

This Friday, May 15th we will be collecting all school items that were borrowed and need to be returned. Your child's teacher should have been in touch with each family regarding what is expected to be returned. All borrowed Chrome books must be returned. We will have a few staff members outside assisting, but we need to check items off as we receive them and put them into the correct classroom's box, so it may take a few minutes, so please be patient as we will move as quickly as possible. Since we must separate them by classroom, with Chrome books and library books in their own areas, if you package your items altogether this may slow the process down. If you can assist us by knowing which items belong to which student, that would be very helpful.


We will also have a Lost and Found area, so feel free to pull up closer to that and see if any of your child's missing items are in there. If you find anything that belongs to you, you're welcome to use a plastic bag to transport them home (we will have bags available).

Summer Food Program by Boys and Girls Club

PARENTS: The final day of food service for the school is May 20. Boys & Girls Club will continue to serve Grab and Go Breakfast and Lunch from 12-1pm.in the school parking lot thru the summer months BUT you must sign up for SUMMER FOOD by using the link posted here. It is FREE and kids do not have to be B&GC members. Drop off/Pick-Up Schedule by student LAST NAME:

10:00-10:30 Last name ending in A-D

10:30-11:00 Last name ending in E-I

11:00-11:30 Last name ending in J-M

11:30-12:00 Last name ending in N-Z

If you miss your appointed time, you can come by during any drop off/ pick-up time after, until 1pm when meal distribution ends. If you miss the whole schedule, call me 907-260-1345 and I will make an appointment for you. If you come to pick up/drop off materials outside of scheduled pick up times, do not enter the school - ring bell and someone will assist you.
