End of Year Newsletter
We are all so proud of you!
We will be sending final transcripts to the school that you have indicated as your final attending school in Naviance. If you have not indicated your final attending school, instructions on how to do so can be found later in this newsletter below. If you need help with this process, feel free to set up a meeting with Ms. V (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Payments can be paid by cash, check or credit card at school, or paid online. To pay online, go to the WLHS website > Students > Webstore. Students already have an account set up. Just follow the instructions on that page to log in to the Student Fees account. If you have any questions, contact Brenda Freeman (email@example.com).
If there is an AP exam fee remaining on your account for a test that was canceled, please disregard. Canceled exams will be fully refunded once the testing windows have closed in late June. The fees for AP exams that were not taken WILL NOT impact receiving your diploma. If you have any questions, contact Marlene Hadduck (firstname.lastname@example.org).
If you are unable to collect your diploma on June 21st then we will mail out the remaining diplomas on June 23rd.

Sending AP Scores: AP scores must be sent to your college/university directly through CollegeBoard
Indicating Where You are Planning to Attend
This important step in Naviance is how we will know where your final transcript needs to be sent at the end of the year. Without this information being updated in Naviance we will not know where your final documents need to be sent.
Over the summer, your district-provided Google and Email accounts will be disabled. This means that the way you currently access Naviance will no longer work. Since you may need access to Naviance in the future for a variety of reasons, we highly recommend that you log into Naviance now and change your email address and username to a personal email account. Your new password will need to meet Naviance’s minimum password requirements. As soon as you change your username, you will no longer be able to log into Naviance with Google.
To change your email address, log into Naviance, then go to About Me -> My Account -> Edit in Contact area. To change your user name, go to About Me -> My Account -> Security. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND YOUR USERNAME. That is two different things that should both be set to the same personal email address. After these changes are made and you log out, you will now login using the "Parent/Guardian/Alumni" option of the login screen
