Hearne's Giving Tree--A Message from our Counselors!
Hearne’s Giving Tree Program will begin December 13, 2019. There will be a Christmas tree in our front office (old office) with student names (and siblings) hanging as ornaments. We are requesting that you would choose a name(s), and purchase a gift for that student. You can speak with the student to see what he/she may like, or you may just purchase something you think the student will enjoy.
Please deliver the gift(s) to the student(s)…..you may choose more than 1 student, the week of December 17th or 18th. I recommend that you NOT deliver on the last two days of that week because many students leave early for the holidays. If you need help with gift ideas, I would be glad to assist. Some examples of gift items could be coloring books, art supplies, books, toys, balls, board games, bracelets, dolls, etc.

Reminders for all staff--
- Make good decisions over the holidays – As a public school employee, all eyes are on you.
- All staff should be at work on time every day.
- Plan ahead to ensure you arrive to campus before your scheduled duty begins.
- The Raptor system has been moved to the front office (temporarily). The expectation is for all staff to use it daily to sign in and sign out.
- If the Raptor system is down, we will do a manual sign in sheet where you will record your time in and out.
- You cannot Raptor in and be at your assigned duty at the same time. Campus safety is everyone's responsibility. It takes the effort from all players for our team to succeed.
