Dear Plum Grove Parents and Guardians,

Dear Families of Rising Eighth Graders,

As we return from break, all current 7th grade students will be asked to indicate their preference in 8th grade exploratory course options for next year. With their parents, students will communicate their exploratory preferences by using Infinite Campus at home. Parents may access Campus Parent with a computer, Chromebook, iPad, or mobile phone. In Infinite Campus, the Course Registration module will be available for parents and their student(s) to complete and indicate exploratory preferences after February 1. Exploratory course preferences must be submitted in Infinite Campus by February 8th. If you are not able to indicate your preferences in Infinite Campus at home, a school staff member will assist your student to indicate their preferences during a school day. This is always an exciting, and sometimes confusing time for students because exploratory options include year-long exploratory courses or a paired set of semester-long exploratory courses.

We are excited to share that our Spanish BPAC and our Multilingual MPAC will be hosting their third meetings of the year in the coming weeks. Please see the important details and flyers linked below.

SPANISH BPAC

• Date/Time: Tues., Feb. 7 from 6:30-8:00 pm
• Location: Winston Campus
• Theme: The Importance of Using Positive Language with Children

Screenings

for children age birth to 33 months

Plum Grove Homework Club: Open to all students, Meets Tuesday and Thursday from 2:15 pm to 3:45 p.m. in the Library. Students can take home the activity bus. Please check infinite campus with your student weekly to monitor grade progress.
