Work on your strength, flexibility and mindfulness in this one hour class. You don't need to be perfect to practice yoga -progress not perfection is the practice. So, come as you are!

Come with your yoga mat, comfortable clothing and no perfume/cologne. I love to know a little about my students so I encourage you to contact me via email at alex@alexvyogi.com $20 for the class.

What kind of Yoga?
Big Love Yoga™ is Hatha. We will be doing poses that will improve your overall health and wellbeing at a pace that benefits you. Every class is different. Expect to gain the tools needed to feel better physically and mentally, all in a supportive non-judgmental environment.
Taught by Alex van Frank
Alex teaches local privates and semi-private Yoga classes and online for YogaGlo. She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists, Yoga Alliance certified and has experience in various forms of yoga including restorative, anusara, vinyasa, therapeutics and meditation. Alex takes your health very seriously and also holds an advanced CPR/AED certificate from the National Heart Association.
