Christopher Columbus
Sail. . . or not to Sail
journal entry
Today I once again asked King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella to pay for my upcoming expedition across the Atlantic. If they do not pay for it any sooner I have no idea where I can get the riches to pay for it. I promised them great riches and new lands to discover. i think I am finally starting to convince them toward the expedition. I believe we can reach Asia by sailing west across the Atlantic ocean. i also think we will find Catholic converts. Maybe by next year i will finally convince them to pay for my expedition.
