Tips for a Successful Trial

TAKE AS DIRECTED FOR OPTIMAL RESULTS

If you are very caffeine sensitive or have a sensitive stomach, you might wish to start with one lifestyle capsule the first day.


FIRST THINGS FIRST:

DAY 1: ***Reduce your caffeine intake and drink lots of water.


Step 1. Before your feet hit the floor (on an empty stomach)

Take 1- 2 Lifestyle Capsule(s) with a full glass of water.

Step 2. 20-30 minutes later (no later), drink 1/2 or Full shake (mix with water, milk or juice OR you can make a smoothies out of frozen fruit, and other desired ingredients. You will not need a sweetener as the drink mix has stevia in it. I usually just mix a half a solo cup of skim milk up with a full shake, mix and drink. I like the vanilla taste so I have no desire to add other ingredients. Many people use unsweetened, vanilla almond milk and add fruit, etc).

Step 3. Apply DFT foam to a lean area or area where you might experience discomfort such as knews or back. Otherwise, apply to bicep, shoulder or upper buttocks.

*Make sure the area is clean, dry and free from lotion
*Patch lasts 24 hours, can be exposed to water



DAY 2: ***Reduce your caffeine intake and drink lots of water.

Step 1. (If you only did one lifestyle capsule on Day one try 2 today.) Before your feet hit the floor (on an empty stomach), take 1- 2 Lifestyle Capsule(s) with a full glass of water.

Step 2. Same as Day One

Step 3. Apply DFT foam


DAY 3: ***Reduce your caffeine intake and drink lots of water.

REPEAT all steps from days 1,2.


*If you like to stay on same schedule drink 1/2 shake everyday.

*Once you are fully Thriving- Full shake is 4 days a week with three days off.
