Week of October 8
Create a Positive Vision
This month our students are focusing on setting goals and creating a positive vision. From grades to positive thinking there are small ways we can improve our mindset and live out the 4 talons. I want to encourage you to talk with your kids on their goals for the 2nd six weeks.
We have a very busy October. Our Book Fair will be October 15-19. We are still looking for volunteers. We will have another volunteer opportunity on October 20 as we use our Education Foundation Grant to Ramp up our Recess. We will be painting our concrete and adding some exciting elements such as a checkers board, hopscotch and four square. We are thrilled to bring this grant to life.
Speaking of Education Foundation - it's not too late to join in the fun with the Hawk Hustle. See the information in this newsletter. You don't want to miss this awesome Family fun day raising money for the our Education Grants!
Enjoy your weekend!
