The Newsletter for Tigerville Elementary- October Edition
From the Principal's Desk
We have had a great start to the 2014-15 school year! I am enjoying being in classrooms and seeing all of the wonderful learning that is taking place. We are excited to begin the Cliffs’ Resident Outreach (CRO) volunteer program in grades K5-3rd grade. They will work with small groups of students as well as individual students.
I would like to invite you to join your child for lunch one day. We always enjoy seeing our families during this time.
If you have any questions or concerns that I can help you with, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Walking Club Is Back!
The Guidance Curriculum at Tigerville Elementary school utilizes the Chick-Fil-A Core Essentials character education program. Each month incorporates a different character trait that is incorporated throughout the school. October’s character word is creativity. Students in all grades will learn about how to use their imaginations to do something unique. From dancing, to drawing, to problem solving, this month is going to be a work out for minds across Tigerville!
