Gas Giants

What are gas giants?
Gas giants or jovian planets are the biggest planets in our solar system. They live up to their name because they are made mostly of gas and liquid, and only the core is rocky. You could never walk on the surface of them because you would fall right through them.
What are gas giants like?
Jovian planets are much diffrent then Mercury, Venus, Earth, and Mars. First of all Jupiter (what they get the name Jovian from), Saturn, Uranus, And Neptune can not support life. This is for three reasons. one you would fall right through them, two they are too cool and three there gravitatiniol pull is too strong,(The reason they have so many moons.)
What is there weather like?
Gas giants weather is feirce. On Neptune's great dark spot winds reach over 1,000 miles per hour. The weather is also very hard to predict because three quaters of the planet are gas and liquid.
What are the moons of jovian planets like?
As mentioned before gas giants have so many more moons than the inner planets because they are so big there for there gravitational pull is strong. Jovian planet's moons are not made of gas but rock. All together they have over one hundred moons.
Fun Facts
Jupiter is the fifth brightest object in the sky.
It has 63 moons!
All gas giants are outside the astroid belt.
After gas giants there are even colder dwarf planets.
Uranus does not spin sidways.
There are 163 moons in our solar system.
