Part 4 Challenges and solutions
Issues and solutions in the job of IT
The job of an IT is a very serious job. It is a job that comes with its own challenges. Two biggest challenges with this job are cybersecurity and data classification . Cybersecurity is strengthening the security and privacy of an organization or company’s data. This is a challenge because on the internet there are many types of harmful viruses and corrupted files that can harm your system. This files have malware which hackers use to spy or get private Information on big companies and if it is not dealt with right away the hacker could take all your information and could delete your files and take over your company. The solution to this challenge is that whenever there is an attack like that you have to be extra careful and fast at the same time so you can get rid of the virus and keep all the information safe at the same time.
Second challenge that you will face in this job is data classification. That means that organizing, managing and securing the data of the company that you are working for. This could be challenge because if you don’t organize the data and put it in its right place you could accidently delete an important file that you need and keep the files that you need. Organizing can be difficult if you have never been organized in your life. Managing a lot of data at the same time could be a problem because you only have two hands and one brain so there is a limit of how much data you can handle at one time. A solution to this challenge is to organize and manage the data right away so that in the future you don’t have your hands full with the same data that you should have been done with a long time ago.
