Nebraska Extension Celebrates the N|150
The University of Nebraska was chartered on February 15, 1869 and charged with its land-grant mission of public education and service to Nebraska. In 2019, we mark a 150-year legacy of improving the quality of life for Nebraska and beyond. Please join us in celebrating the historic past of your University and helping us chart a bold new future.
Look forward to many fun activities and celebrations coming in February!
4-H Kick Off - Spring Date Will Be Announced
Share the fun and learning in 4-H. We’re planning an exciting 4-H Kick-Off this spring with project info, lots of prizes, UNL goodies, member and Clover Kids activities, tailgate food and more. We’ll have an enrollment station to get online enrollment completed for 2019. We need your help so there’s lots of things for kids and families to do at the event. 4-H members, families and clubs are invited to share hands-on learning, project information, activity tables, anything interactive related to 4-H. It’s a great leadership project for teens! Be thinking about this and talk about at your January and February meetings. We’ll get the details finalized and announce the date.

2019 Gage County Fair & Expo - "Memories Never Fade at the Gage County Fair"
What’s the fair all about? Good times + crazy friends = amazing memories! This year we celebrate all the memories, the friends, and good times at every Gage County Fair since 1871! Doesn’t this ring true – The best thing about memories is making them! We didn’t realize we were making memories, we just knew we were having fun! Friends and families say “I never want to stop making memories with you!” The greatest legacy we can leave our children is happy memories. Good times come and go, but the memories last forever. The best memories never fade!
