chapter 1. All About the Revolutionary War

Do you know what the Revolutionary war is? It was between the British and the colonies of America. You know Paul Revere rode his horse to lexington to warn the people there so they were safe from the later on attacks of the British. The colonists called the British lobster backs or redcoats because of there red coats.

chapter 2. All About Paul Revere

Paul Revere was one of the nations great leaders because of his midnight ride. He was the one who got Samuel Adams and John Hancock out of there house before the British troops broke in there house and got them. Paul Revere has accomplished many great things. For example, he desighned and made money, he opened a gun powder factory and even had sixteen children! Did you know Paul Revere belonged to the Sons of Liberty and he was at the Boston tea party with Samuel Adams. He also was an expert silver smith.

chapter 3. Woken Up

I was relaxing in my bed at about nine o'clock door cracked window open and I drifted of into dreamland. Suddenly I was woken up by a shout that went like this" The redcoats are coming!" I jumped out of bed and looked out the window and saw a man riding a horse shouting. I new that redcoats meant British soldiers. I galloped down stairs only to see dad grabbing his musket and walking out the door. " You will see him next month " Said mom. I was sixteen at the time and next week was my seventeenth birthday.


NEXT WEEK


I'm seventeen and now old enough to fight the British.I grabbed a musket and walked out the door and to the nearest camp. I was now a minute man and me and my group walked north for about seven miles until we saw the British. I almost puked on the guy in front of me. The shooting started. I got shot through the arm. I retreated back to safety. Our captain shouted " retreat! " The battle had ended. I walked home. I yeld " Mom! " but no one answered. I walked into the house and no one was there. I saw a note on the table in German writing. I assumed my Mom was captured. I fell to my knees and started crying. I grabbed my musket and ran out the door. I followed the footprints for about nine miles until I got there. I hid behind a tree. I saw my Mom yelling for help. I snuck into the base and hit the hostage keeper in the back of the head and grabbed his keys and freed my Mom. I fought my way out of there with my Mom. Free at last.

one reason that A huge part of the Revolutionary War was Paul Revere's midnight ride is that history would be a lot different if he didn't go on his ride. For example, we could still be ruled by the king.


Another reason that A huge part of the Revolutionary War was Paul Revere's midnight ride. He went to a lot of battles. For example, if he didn't go to all those battles he wouldn't have ever known about the battles so he wouldn't no to warn us. Although a huge part of the Revolutionary War was Paul Revere's midnight ride because history would have been a lot different if he didn't go on his journey and because he went to a lot of battles, especially Paul Revere's midnight ride was a huge part in history because he rode on his on horse back telling people the British are coming. For example, a lot of people could have died.


So now you see why a huge part of the Revolutionary war was Paul Revere's midnight ride and how history could have been a lot different.
