Bear Tracks
March 1, 2019
Note from the Principal:
Dear Staff,
There are certain days that I am just blown away... And today was one of them. Our Wellness Day was the culmination of A LOT of hard work and a vision to do something unique and important for kids that grew... and grew... and grew... WE HAD 33 BREAKOUT GROUPS IN EACH SESSION. We had representation from our whole community and from our staff. It was incredible.
It worked today because of EVERYONE's flexibility, patience and positivity.
I can think of 10 interactions that I had with our staff today (not all related to Wellness Day) that made me thankful for our teamwork, your commitment and selflessness.
Every interaction is important (and takes hard work and preparation). What you do is not easy!
I hope that everyone is able to let today's energy and positivity fill our tanks and motivate us to keep doing amazing things in a special way, but also the day to day, regular (but critically important) interactions and moments in positive and specials ways. It makes a huge difference.
Thank you for being a one of a kind school and staff. If I didn't work at Bear Tavern, I sure as heck would want to!!!
Have a great weekend!
Sincerely,
Chris
