Over 70 Female Student-Athletes Attending Training

Being involved in an activity/club/sport at FHHS is a major committment. Many student-participants spend many hours working during the summer to improve and to better represent Howell both on and off the field. Our FHHS female student-athletes have taken this dedication and work ethic to a new level this school year. Over 70 female student-athletes have been meeting on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings from 7-9am to improve their game. Any female student-athletes that are not currently attending are encouraged to show up and be part of the Lady Viking family that is working to achieve their goals!

Student-Participants Represent School & Community In Positive Way

FHHS has great student-participants who continue to make our school and community better. Rachel Fick and Danielle Berry are two excellent examples of what it means to represent Francis Howell and the community in such a positive way. The positive efforts of these young ladies to be such great leaders both on and off the court are what being involved in FHHS activities is all about. There is a lot more to the student-participant experience at FHHS than preparing during the offseason and participating in an activity during the school year. Student-participants are held to high standards both on and off the field. Part of the development of a student-participant at FHHS is the development of each individual as a person. As we move closer to the 15-16 school year our student-participants will be taking part in the newly developed Viking Leadership Academy and our coaches will go through 3 Dimensional Coaching training that aims to develop the entire person, not just their activity specific skills. It's great to see Rachel and Danielle so involved in FHHS and our community.
