COUNTRY DALE’S STU CRU PENNY DRIVE RAISED $3000 FOR THE RIGHT RELIEF!
Country Dale’s Student Council hosted a Penny Drive during the week of February 28th - March 4th. The fundraiser was for The Right Relief Inc., a non-profit organization run by a former Country Dale teacher, Mrs. Mealy. Her organization provides meals to caregivers in need throughout local communities. Students and staff brought in pennies and dollars to donate to their grade level as well as silver coins which were added to another grade level’s bucket that counted against that grade level totals. As a school, Country Dale raised $3000 for The Right Relief Inc.! This donation provided 50 lunches and dinners to Kathy’s House and more than 50 belly hugs/meals to caregivers and their families in Franklin and surrounding cities. Thank you Country Dale families for your generous donations. Way to go Country Dale Stu Cru for organizing such a wonderful fundraiser!
