Introduction
Hello Heritage Community! I would like to Introduce myself for those who do not know me. My name Is Terry & I'm the new property manager of Heritage Apartments. My main goal here at Heritage is to make this a great, safe place to live. If we all work together, we can make Heritage that much better! If you see something, report it! GENERAL INFORMATION
Leasing office
Leasing office is located in the 4120 building - APT D-2. If the entry door is locked, please ring the office door bell.
Quiet hours!
Please be respectful of your neighbors, friends and little ones! Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM.
NO SMOKING IN BUILDINGS!
Please, NO SMOKING in buildings....This includes laundry, hallways, etc.
Information to keep in mind.
Rent is due on or before the 5th day of each month. Failure to pay rent, in full, will result in a $50 late fee. If you still fail to pay rent by the 10th an eviction will be filed. No exception.
We are working as quickly and safely as possible to repair issues here at Heritage. Please be patient as we continue to fix and repair your maintenance issues.
Fire safety... Please be cautious when using candles, space heaters or even when you are cooking...PLEASE make sure you use your best judgement when it comes to fire.
Escape ladders are available for all 3rd floor residence - upon request.
WE can make Heritage a better place to live by coming together as a community.
