The kids had so much fun! | A lucky leprechaun was spotted leaving the cafeteria! |
Manners at Middlebrook
This week we recognize 2 students who know how to speak politely to adults and peers by engaging in small talk. James Dyer, Grade 1, often asks his friends how they are doing and checks on their feelings. He also goes out of his way to make sure his friends are happy. In Grade 3, Sophia Hernandez is always polite and enthusiastic. When it is time for students to talk at their tables about a question posed, she listens to her tablemates and politely waits for her turn to share. Sophia always has a smile on her face when talking with others. She is always collaborative and engaged, especially during math conversations! She is consistently polite and kind. Congratulations to James and Sophia for being excellent role models and following P.A.W.S!
