Manhattan Short Film Festival

On Thursday, Oct 4, The Manhattan Short Film Festival comes to WSU! Sponsored by Office of the Dean of Humanities & Social Sciences, the festival consists of 9 short films from all over the world, and winners are determined by the viewers' votes. Join movie watchers on 6 continents in this worldwide screening and be the only university community in Central Mass to cast ballots.
The screening begins promptly on Thursday, October 4, in ST-102 at 2:30.

Our Writing Center is a space for writers to have productive conversations about their writing with trained student writing consultants. We are NOT an editing service or "fix-it" shop. Instead, we help students set goals and offer tools and strategies to strengthen their writing.
Email or call to schedule an appointment. Walk-ins welcome. Or electronically submit paper via email.
We are located in the Sullivan Building Room 306 and our hours are as listed:

The Gender Identity Committee aims to create a campus culture where people of all genders are welcomed and respected. We are looking for more students to join the committee. The committee meets 2-3 times per semester and students can be involved as little or as much as their schedule permits. The committee is interested in learning about ways to improve the overall experience for trans students on campus. You are welcome to attend one of our upcoming meetings!

Health Services-Flu vaccine

SEASONAL FLU VACCINE
Student Health Services has received a limited supply of Seasonal Flu Vaccine. The vaccine will be available, at this time, to full-time Worcester State University students who are part of the High Risk Groups. Available beginning on October 3 through October 17.
The cost for the vaccine is $10.00 (exact amount is appreciated). Health Services is located in Sheehan Hall, Room 001. Please bring your WSU ID to the vaccine clinic.

Providing an artistic inspiration inside the classroom, the faculty at Worcester State University now exhibit their inspiring work outside the classroom at the 2018 Faculty Art Exhibition in the Mary Cosgrove Dolphin Gallery on the Worcester State Campus from Oct. 4 to 25, with an opening reception on Oct. 4, 5-7 p.m.
