AJH Comets Comments
Whats coming up at AJH?
We will be conducting MAPS Testing during the month of January. We test students growth in ELA & Math 3 times a year, in the fall, winter and spring. Unlike the State of Ohio Tests, which results arrive too late to allow us to provide additional help to the studnts, MAPS testing allows us to see where our students stand immediately against grade level peers across the country. The results are specific in areas of strengths and weaknesses of students, allowing us to plan to intervene or enrich your child's understanding of the subject material. MAPS can also provide a predictor of student success on the OST, giving us information to guide our instruction leading up to state testing.

We just wanted to send a reminder that our use of social media (facebook, twitter, and instagram) is one way communication. We receive comments on posts and instant messages from time to time but we don't reply. If you have a question about something you see on social media, please email us or call us at AJH. Thank you for understanding. We're looking forward to a great school year
