IRISH ADRENALINE PARENT & SUPER FAN INFORMATION FOR ALL COMPETITIONS!
IA PERFORMANCE TIME AT WARREN CENTRAL: 8:30 a.m.
Irish Adrenaline Show Choir will compete at 8:30 a.m. We need all the positive energy and applause we can get! Yes, it is an early time to sing, but we promise not to disappoint! To catch the Irish Adrenaline, you will need to be seated no later than 8:15 a.m. They will NOT allow late entrances.
Thank you for your support & GO IRISH!
SUPER FAN TOP TEN DO'S & DONT'S FOR COMPETITIONS:
1. DO wear your fan shirts, CATHEDRAL spirit wear, and your super fan signs to hold up at the beginning and end! DON'T talk during the performance and if the audience is yelling and screaming during transitions, PLEASE join in! However, in the show choir world, the audiences wave their hands in the air to show approval while the choirs are singing/performing! :) LOUD AND PROUD AT APPROPRIATE TIMES ONLY!
2. DON'T use flash photography, as it is prohibited! Video/audio recordings that obstruct views of audience and/or judges is also prohibited. Failure by an organization member, fan, or parent to abide by this rule will result in that choir being disqualified from the competition....and we don't want that!
3. DO arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to the choir's show time. The auditoriums fill up quickly with other choirs who come to watch. WE would love for our Cathedral fans to sit together close to the front to cheer us on and show us the LOVE!
4. DON'T wave at/distract your student performers. The time, energy, concentration and dedication it takes to get to this point is unbelievable and we want our singers to feel successful and do their best. Thank you for being supportive!
5. DON'T answer phone calls or talk loudly while students perform and silence your cell phones
6. Please DON'T talk to the judges...they will be sitting in the audience.
7. DO hold up your CHS IA sign with your daughter's picture, but DON'T shouting her name loudly when she is on stage performing. It is distracting.
8. DO enjoy the food sold at the events...DON'T however eat in the auditorium/gym or make loud noises unwrapping candy, food.
9. DO find the best seat in the house. Once the show starts though, please remain in your seat so as not to distract our performers!
10. HAVE FUN! These amazing girls have worked SO VERY hard over the last 6 months and they are giving everything they have got to be their personal best!
