What is cyberbullying?
According to dictionary.com, cyberbullying is defined as "the act of harassing someone online by sending or posting mean messages, usually anonymously." Cyberbullying can happen through text messages or over social media.
An example of cyberbullying is students sending mean or rude messages through social media to another student. This can happen anonymously. We can help prevent cyberbullying by informing students of consequences and warning how this hurts the person who is being cyberbullied.
