Interested in taking a Dual Enrollment Course?
In addition, a video presentation will be available on January 31, 2023, at www.cambridgehs.org > Academics > Dual Enrollment. Please take a moment to review the video before the information session. This video will also be shared with students during advisement (B2).
The deadline for applying for Dual Enrollment is March 29, 2023, for the summer and fall terms (no exceptions.) Students and parents are encouraged to review the local college information available at www.cambridge.org > Academics > Dual Enrollment to research which college your student wants to pursue Dual Enrollment. Please contact the college directly for additional information and their admissions process.
Work Based Learning: 2023-2024
Juniors, are you wondering if the Cambridge WBL program is a good fit for you? If you expect to have 1-2 free periods a day and can work 10-15 hours per week, the WBL could be a great option for your Fall schedule. Applications will be given to students who attend the required info meeting for this program with Ms. Yarrington in room 2445 on one of the following dates. Space is limited in this program to 60, so don't delay.

Course Registration for 2023-2024
New resources are now available...
Course registration for the 2023-2024 school year begins February 2. To prepare for the next school year and to ensure academic success, students and families must have a plan for selecting courses that create an environment centered around learning, socialization, and the Cambridge Culture. The resources families will need to guide course selection will be available at www.cambridgehs.org > Academics> 2023-2024 Course Registration. Check this site often for updates and new resources throughout the process.

Senior News
Commencement Exercises
We do not have our confirmed graduation date at this time. We should have that day by the end of January or the first of February once Ameris finalizes their schedule. We will announce the date to our seniors and senior families as soon as we have confirmed it with Ameris.
To be eligible:
- Be a full-time student attending CHS
- Student membership in the CHS PTSA,
- Demonstrated excellence in behavior and discipline during your high school career
- Accepted by a post-high school academic program (to be verified upon graduation).
Student applications, essays, and two required recommendation letters (submitted separately) are due by 9:00 pm, Monday, March 6, 2023.
