My Trip to Virginia
By: Caitlyn and William Hodgins
In 2014 my and my family visited Virgina and my aunt Meghan. Here are some of our faviorte things we did.
Virgina Aguarium
When we where at the Virginia Aquarium we saw sea turtles, sting rays, sea horses, alligators, and otters. My brother, William, was talking to a tour guild named William and is now the large alligator expert. There were a bunch of super tiny seahorses that are amazing. I also personally loved the otters. My brother also loves the otters. My Aunt, My brother, and I all absolutely loved the sea turtle. We named the one below Five. This is because he gave me a high-five through the glass. We touched the sting rays. I loved the slimy wet texture.
Boogie Boarding
Boogie Boarding was a great memory that I will cherish forever. It was fun and a great learning experience. It was awesome when the waves pushed me in and off to shore I went. It was fun watching my mom do a bit of swimming. I was the first one to make it all the way to shore. I would go boogie boarding again and again and again.
Children's Museum
i had a blast at the children's museum. Some of the things I did included, going to put out fake fires, pretending to be a vet, going into the bubble room, making music, pretending to be a beaver, playing with a pin art, doing science fun, and going under a miniature train track. I had a blast in a blast in a bubble room, and everything else. But the bubble room was my favorite.
