Internet Safety for Children
The internet is a place filled with information, and the ability to connect with people around the world. And much like our world it can be a great place to be, but also a dangerous place. Most parents would never think of putting their children in physical danger, but when we allow children to use the internet without limits, we are allowing them to access information without your filter.
Internet challenges are everywhere these days, and children are easily persuaded to try things they don’t fully understand. Parents can help limit children’s negative exposure by placing restrictions on internet use, and monitoring their children while they are on their devices. This article addresses 13 Internet Challenges your children may already know about. This article specifically addresses something you may have heard about in the news lately called the Momo Challenge.
