Going Unplugged: STEM Camp
Going Unplugged!
2015 STEM Camp is now open for registration!
Join us this summer for the annual Hormel Gifted Symposium STEM Camp.
For students entering grades 6-8, the camp will introduce basic concepts of programming and coding. Intended for youth that have little coding experiences, we will develop simple games using Scratch.
The participants will develop computational skills and learn to solve problems through designing games for education, fun, or social purposes.
Computer Science is a growing field with 5.8 million new jobs in the industry over the next four years – start your summer with an engaging introduction to the field!
