Mrs. Hagaman's First Grade
Week 6 - September 21-25
Monday will be a Remote Learning Day for all students. Regular schedule will resume on Tuesday with “A Day”.
Weekly Updates
Hi everyone! Here are some updates for in person and remote rotations.
- In first grade we send home nightly “Little Books” - we usually send one per night so right now you will get two at a time, Please listen to your child read these, initial them, and return each instructional day. If you find the books too easy (your child already knows all the words) or too difficult, please let us know. We are working to find your child’s instructional level. Reading these books is great practice for fluency and sight words and we appreciate you reading with your child at home!
- Please remember to send a water bottle each day - the fountains are not in use
- Please keep Chromebooks AT HOME for use on remote days.
- On Remote Days, your child WILL have assignments - they will be expected to work just like normal. We will NOT have live Zoom, but they will have assignments online in SeeSaw, paper/pencil work, and Dreambox, Raz-Kids, and LetterLand online. Attendance WILL be taken based on participation in these activities and completion of online assignments and paper/pencil work.
