Principal's Message

Hello Wildcat Pride,

The last full week of school is upon us. We are looking forward to Baccalaureate and Graduation. If you have not already done so, please get with your senior and sign up if you are attending Baccalaureate. It is very nice traditional ceremony with great music and some inspirational words from their senior class president and this year Mr. Brett Haglin, whom they voted to inspire them. It is at 1 pm on Sunday and won't last more than an hour, it is for seniors and their parents.

Seniors have their first end of high school project/exam on Friday 7th period. All other students will have them the following week. As we move to the end of the year please be sure you are aware of student grades, once posted and teachers are gone for the summer we have no way to make changes until the fall. Please make your students spend time this last week preparing for end of year tests and projects, we know they are tired and winding down but we need the seniors for one more good week and the others for two.

I hope you all enjoyed a nice weekend and have a great week ahead.

Rod Huston

Graduation Tickets

Each graduate will be given six (6) wristbands to hand out to whom they please the morning of May 27th during practice. This is the current board decision and there are no exceptions. We will not be able to give any extra and we will not be a clearing house for students who may not use all six. As a reminder this number is subject to change in either direction based on the board and current health and safety reminders. Masks are required at the graduation ceremony for participants and guests.

Please see the senior newsletter for all pertinent information regarding graduation

We are so excited about the upcoming events being held in your honor. One of those events is the Baccalaureate, held on Sunday, May 23rd at 1 pm. Baccalaureate is a ceremony meant to inspire you as you move into the next phase of your life. You will get to hear from your friends in the choir and orchestra as they have their final performance, a fellow student, your chosen speaker, Mr. Haglin, and Mr. Huston. Google Workspace Takeout

Each year we provide directions for seniors to either download or transfer their files from their GPS Google Workspace account to another Google account so they can access any of their files after graduation.

Here are the directions for both the download process and the process to transfer files to a new Google account. The Transfer process requires creating a new account or using an existing personal account to transfer to, and will only allow up to 15 GB.
