SCRUM EXPLAINED
The client is the teacher. The different Roles Product Owner, Scrum Master and Developer Team, will be implemented in the classroom. Always open to suggestions. We are not going to write software code. We are going to transform the school curricula into an Agile framework. So what we change is the way the content program is taught.
SCRUM
VALUES are linked to Working Agreements
Three exercises implemented to play with the students to identify their values. One exercise we have to do is to understand and find out what are the student's values beyond the ones we think they suppose to have. Then we can modify the exercises.

KUDOS
Deriving from Greek, kudos entered English as slang popular at British universities in the 19th century. In its earliest use, the word referred to the prestige or renown that one gained by having accomplished something noteworthy. The sense of meaning "praise given for achievement" came about in the 1920s.
Kudos is admiration or recognition that someone or something gets as a result of a particular action or achievement.
