LPAC ANNUAL REVIEWS
Teachers of ELLs,
It's LPAC Annual Review Time! This will require you to enter some information on each of your ELL students (somewhat like the assessment decions) into LPAS.
In an effort to 1) not use up your planning time and 2) differentiate for learning styles, please refer to the step-by-step instruction sheet Mr. Hardie emailed on 4/26 at about 3pm to help you complete this task by MAY 4th!
Also included in that email is a sheet that shows Exit Criteria by grade level.
Please save all information in LPAS as pending.
LPAC for K-2 will be May 8th @ 3:15
LPAC for 3-5 will be May 9th @ 3:15
PLEASE, please, please do not wait until the last minute to complete this task. If you don't understand the directions, please see Mr. Hardie or Mi-Ae.

Please reflect on the schedule for your classroom move that I provided a few weeks ago or make your own. It's time to pack, pack, pack! When is the move happening? June 1st - June 4th. We need to be packed and ready to move on June 1. Doss items will be moved to the cafeteria at Lucy Read while Lucy Read's items are moved to individual campuses.
NEW DATE FOR SATURDAY WORK DAY:
May 19th is not going to work for our campus work day. We are doing to move it to Saturday May 12th. Hill Elementary will be providing breakfast and Davis Elementary is providing hot dogs for lunch! Our vertical team schools are here to help! Please mark your calendars for MAY 12th 8:30 -2:00.
UNWANTED ITEMS:
Do you have furniture that you don't want? Label it "warehouse" and place in the hallway or outside of your classroom/portable. Do you have stuff that you need to give away? Put it on the teacher giveaway table.
PERSONAL ITEMS:
Start taking home personal items that aren't needed.
BLUE BINS AND BOXES:
Blue bins that are full can be stored in room 103. The bins should be piled four high on the rolley cart. We are in the process of getting some large flat boxes for posters etc. and bigger boxes for bulky items. LABEL EVERYTHING! Need labels? PAT has labels on her desk for you.
PHONES:
Remember, you will personally take your phone with you this summer. Please place the phone in a cardboard box and label.
