About the Workshop:
The purpose of this workshop is for participants to identify the positive elements of a lesson and “makeover” other aspects by incorporating differentiated instructional strategies into the present, apply, and review segments of the lesson. Attendees will learn by doing and leave with a “toolkit” of remodeling strategies to use in any content area
that will help increase student engagement, application, and retention.

She has over twenty years of experience working in the field of education in a variety of roles: Classroom Teacher, Enrichment Coordinator, Writing Coach, Professional Development Presenter, District Mentor, Collaborative Coach, and Literacy Interventionist. For the past ten years, Sue has combined her years of experience and a dash of humor with best practices in education to
present engaging workshops for educators in an assortment of pertinent topics ranging from Differentiated Instruction to Google Search Tools.
