After we have lost our baby bump, we are faced with new bumps in the road such as emotional and physical exhaustion, additional strain on your relationship, adjusting to a new identity and major changes with hormones. Who has time or desire for intimacy? The Sisters of Sex, Kristin and Alisha, help women overcome these "bumps" and restore intimacy back into their relationships.


In this one hour teleseminar, some of the things we will cover:



  • How to be patient with and reignite your lost libido
  • How to have more quality and realistic sexual encounters after a baby
  • How to communicate effectively about your intimate life as a couple
  • How to move sex from just another thing that needs to "get done"
  • How to address physical postpartum concerns such as pain, lack of lubrication and body image.
  • How to balance the "mom" role and the "partner" role
