IMPORTANT SCHOOL INFORMATION
End-of-Year information
May 12 - Primary Drop-off / Pick-up (8:00-4:00) & Last day for student instruction
What does Drop-off / Pick-up look like?
- Bag up any school work, library or classroom books, chromebooks, textbooks, or anything that belongs to Potter Gray. Write the students name, grade and teacher on the outside of the bag.- Drive through the front loop anytime between 8:00 AM & 4:00 PM.
- Staff members will take your family name and call for items left at Potter Gray to be brought out to you. At the same time we'll take the items brought from home inside the building.
- Once you receive your items you may pull out of the loop
- Families with two or more children in both intermediate and primary grades can pick-up items either day.
May 13 - 5th Grade Drive-thru Promotion 5:00 PM (May 14th rain date)
What does Promotion look like?
- Families will drive through the front loop where only the 5th grade student will get out and take a picture in front of the Potter Gray sign.- Continue through the loop and greet teachers & staff members lined up around the car rider line.
- Promotion will begin at 5:00PM and will be broadcast live on the Potter Gray Facebook page.
- Students will be announced and given their promotion items as they pull through.
- More details will be given as the event draws closer.
Below is information on different school or district level items that may concern you or your child. Also, please remember that no activities, programs, or extra curricular activities will take place on school grounds until further notice.

Kindergarten Registration
- If you currently have a child enrolled in BGISD schools, you may use Infinite Campus and the complete the OLR for the incoming kindergartener.
- If this is your first time enrolling with BGISD, a packet will be available for you to pick up at school for you to take home and complete the requested information or fill out the same information online using the links provided. Please return the packet to the school's drop off location before the last day. When the offices are reopened to the public a time will be set up for you to come in and complete the Online Registration Process.

2020-21 Parent Input Form
This form is to gather parent input on the current academic year and growth experienced by your child. As homeroom placements are considered for the next school year please understand we must consider many different factors in order to create balanced classes and we cannot consider requests for particular teachers (other than to consider sibling history or multiple siblings when applicable). We value your input and greatly appreciate your involvement in your child's education. All input must be submitted by May 15, 2020.
