Meet Your Parts

an introduction to healing the inner parts of yourself

a free educational evening with Bruce Hersey, LCSW

Big picture

Wednesday November 14 from 6-8 PM

Learn about your internal system of parts, which is designed for survival and adaptation. Discover how these protective intentions can sometimes lead to imbalance and disharmony, why the true Self is different from parts, and how it can lead the most burdened of parts to transformation and healing.

See examples of parts of yourself and others, learn how to unblend from identification with a part and relate to your parts from your true Self. Gain an understanding of the difference between the main types of parts; exiles and protectors, and learn the major steps of the process of healing burdened parts.

Bruce will use a mix of discussion, short videos, and experiential exercises to introduce these concepts and methods from Internal Family Systems Therapy and facilitate your self-awareness during this introductory workshop.

An interest list for further workshops using this approach where participants can deepen their self-knowledge, explore, and heal their parts will be started.
