GIFT CARD DONATIONS FOR VICTIMS OF FIRE
There are students from District 33 and District 94 who have been directly and indirectly affected by this fire and in collaboration, D33 & D93 are collecting gift card donations to distribute to families so they can shop based on their needs and preferences.
Gift Card Donation Details
Gift cards should be in denominations of $10 to $50.
Gift cards from Walmart, Target, and local grocery stores are suggested.
Gift card donations can be turned in at your school's front office or at the district office.
Write the dollar amount on the gift card and attach the receipt.
We will keep you updated if there are other ways you can provide support, but for now, gift cards will allow families some choice to prioritize buying what they need most.

PARTNERSHIPS
FAMILY LIASIONS
Did you know that all schools in District 33 have Family Liaisons (FLs)? FLs are school staff members who assist parents, guardians, and families, serving as a bridge between home and school. FLs have four main roles and responsibilities:
1) help families access community resources
2) monitor and support positive attendance
3) provide parenting education resources to families
4) work with families in temporary or unstable housing situations.
FLs are an important part of the District’s community school model. To learn more about FLs and family engagement opportunities, contact your school or check out the links below:
