Don't Worry... Be Happy
During this time of uncertainty, it can be difficult to stay positive. It is no surprise to hear that our littles feed off of our mood. While this time can bring feelings of stress, anxiety, anger, etc, we can make this a learning opportunity to teach our kiddos that we ALL HAVE FEELINGS, and those feelings are OKAY. We can learn to find the bright side of any situation we are in. Moms, Dads, Caregivers, you are not ALONE during this time. Don't Worry... Be Happy...

- Your child needs to feel SAFE and LOVED in order to learn
- They want to be close to YOU because YOU are their safe place
- Use this phrase "Its my job to keep you safe, and its your job to help me keep you safe."

Tips for Staying Positive
- Ask your child to teach YOU something
- Seek out information that will uplift, entertain, or educate
- Talk to extended family often
- Think of random acts of kindness you can do for someone else
- Have a dance party daily (guaranteed laugh!)
