Cougar Connection

September 15, 2020

We wanted to make you aware that, early this morning, there was a power outage at our Technology Operations Center that shut down cooling systems for critical networking infrastructure, causing temporary systems failure. The cooling systems have been restored and we are actively working to restore networking systems fully. Users may still experience intermittent outages with logins and authentication, including Google Classroom, Google Meets, and PVOnline, as well as phones as systems come back online. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve the issue.
