Session Strand Descriptions

Session Formats

Listen and Learn:

Think of this as your traditional presentation. Presenters describe a topic and participants listen with an opportunity to ask questions.

Participate and Share:

These sessions will have more of an EdCamp or Twitter Chat feel. Presenters will be less like presenters and more like facilitators. Participants will be expected to contribute actively to the conversation.

Explore and Create:

A presenter will be there to help participants interact with a tool. Participants will learn the nuts and bolts of how a tool works and the logistics of implementing the tool in the classroom.
