Physical/ Integumentary System
- Skin prevent many harmful particles from entering the body and various organ systems
- Example: Hair, Nails, and Oil Glands
- Mucous membranes use chemical walls to prevent some pathogens to enter through the nose and mouth
- Innate Immune Parts as it filteres everything else out regardless of its actual qualities
Defensive Cells
- White Blood Cells in the Circulatory systems
- Proteins used to help stop inflammation and fever
- Antibodies
- Other Cells
- Somewhat adaptive as antibodies adapt overtime to fight diseases
Specific Immune Response
Essentially it is specific responses to areas of the body affected by certain dangerous particles:
- Thymusre
- Bone marrow
- Spleen
- Tonsils
- Lymph nodes
