CISD will strive to ensure a positive and safe school culture that is conducive to learning for all students and staff through:
- a compelling and aligned vision, mission, goals and values,
- explicit behavioral expectations and management system
- proactive and responsive student support services team that focuses on the social, emotional, physical, and mental health of the child
- enhanced two-way communication that involves families and community in order to maximize student learning
- working jointly with parents and community members through collaborative partnerships and unity of purpose
Please forward the below link to your entire staff and ask them to complete the survey by the end of the day on March 6th.
