DATE CHANGE: Senior Honors - May 15th
Prom Information
Ticket selling will look a little different for prom than it did for homecoming. Only the senior class may purchase their tickets starting April 11th and ending April 15th. You will stop by Mr. O’Keefe’s room (B144) during your lunch and buy your ticket there. The following week of April 18th to April 22nd is when ticket selling will open to both the senior and junior class. Tickets during the 2nd week will be sold during all lunches from the concession stand on the 1st floor cafeteria and they will be FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Once we are out of tickets to sell, we are out, no exceptions. Unfortunately, this is out of our control as we are unable to do anything about this due to the venue’s rules and regulations. The tickets will be sold for $30 each.
If you are wanting to bring a guest that isn’t a Northtown student, you must have a guest form turned in and approved before you may purchase their ticket. (*April 11th deadline!) Failure to do so will result in that guest not being able to attend. You also must bring an I.D. of any kind with you when you purchase your ticket (doesn’t matter if its government issued or from the school). If you have no ID for you or your guest (if you are bringing one) you will be unable to purchase the ticket(s).
The dance itself is on April 23rd from 7-10pm at Studio Dan Meiners, 2500 W Pennway St, Kansas City, MO 64108. IT IS NO LONGER AT OLDE MILL EMPORIUM IN PARKVILLE!! You will be given a map the day you buy your ticket that shows you how to get to the venue from the school along with where you are supposed to park for the night of the dance. When you arrive for the dance, you will only be able to enter the venue if you show both the ticket you have purchased and any form of identification (government issued ID or a school ID). Failure to bring these items will result in you not being able to enter the dance. You will vote for prom king and queen at the dance! Not during the school day like how you did for homecoming. The king and queen winners will be announced towards the end of the dance so please stay to hear who those individuals will be J
Below is the electronic guest form. This must be turned back in by April 11th to Mrs. Carney in the attendance office.
