Interim Testing Guidelines & Schedule
It’s time for… Interim ONE!
In order for the week to go as smoothly as possible, please follow these guidelines:
Testing Window: Monday, September 28th – Wednesday, October 7nd
You will receive all interim assessments for the week at one time. They do not need to be checked out or in. Please lock them up in your classroom.
You may schedule the interims for a time that is convenient for your class within the week. If you have students who need to be pulled for a small group, please coordinate times with your SPED partner (Corley, Trainer, Roberts, Symmes, McGrath).
If you have a student absent, please arrange for the student to make-up the assessment ASAP. Hold the entire set of interims and answer documents until you have the completed set. Please turn in all folders by Friday afternoon regardless of 100% completion.
When all students have completed each interim or by Friday, please drop the folder with test booklets and answer documents in the buckets located on the floor in my office. There is one bucket per grade level.
If you are testing online you have the schedule, but a reminder will be sent by email.

Special Access Code: GWINNETT
To ALL the teachers meeting with parents: for the preparation, detailed information and encouragement you provided parents during conferences.
To Donna and the Sunshine committee: Thanks for coordinating and purchasing all of the snacks during conference week.
To PTA and Lorainne: Thank you for providing lunch on Wednesday and Thursday. It was great, and Michael requested we have the same broccoli smell for his room every Thursday.
To Second Grade: Great job scheduling the Publix presentation on how to make ice cream. It was a great sight to see all the second grade students Friday morning wearing hairnets. Everyone looks great in a hairnet, but it is sad that one of our Mulberry employees, Erik Wenger, will never experience of joy of wearing a hairnet over a rich, full head of hair. That is the burden some men must bear!
