Spring 2017 Priority Registration

November 2nd-November 14th

To prepare for spring registration, follow these simple steps:

First, know what date you register for Spring 2017 courses.

Next, review your academic plan on the Undergraduate Bulletin. Please know, at least generally, what courses you should expect to take next semester.

Then, look up your required classes in the course catalog and plan your spring schedule: TUPortal --> Student Tools --> Registration --> Look Up Classes.

Finally, once you have some ideas for your spring schedule, make an appointment

to see Lesley Copans, your primary academic advisor, before November 2nd.

Starting on November 2nd, only same-day appointments are available,

and you may visit the advising office on the day you wish to meet

to sign up for an available time

(the online system will not show availability during the registration period).

Fly in 4?

If you are a Fly in 4 student, in order to continue in Temple's Fly in 4 program, you must:

- check in with your professional academic advisor at least once every semester

- register during Priority Registration

- complete at least 30 credits each academic year

But, wait....I'm having some trouble with this semester's courses...?

All students should review midterm progress ratings. If you have an Unsatisfactory rating in any class, or if you feel that you are not doing well in any course, you should first consult with your professor to determine if it is possible for you to successfully complete the course.

The Fall 2016 Withdrawal deadline is Tuesday, October 25th! If you plan to withdraw from a course, please do not wait to do so or to discuss with your advisor. To withdraw from a course, you must log on to TUPortal --> Student Tools --> Registration --> Add or Drop Classes.
