Congratulations to our December Students of the Month, Natalie Barr and Evan Liou!
Natalie serves as the Vice President of SADD, Vice President and Executive Board member of International Thespian Troupe #7455, Student Assistant of Business for the Nautical Stars Theatre Company, and a Student Council Mentor. She has been inducted into the National Honor Society and is an active member of TEAM, Captain's Crew, Roots and Shoots, and our varsity field hockey team. She has achieved High Honor Roll during every quarter of her high school career. Natalie has completed our 300 hours of community service over the last four years. After graduation, Natalie plans to major in Business Management and Administration with the hopes of becoming a talent agent.
Evan has been inducted into National Honor Society. He is an active member of TEAM, Student Council, FBLA, Key Club, Authentic Science Research, and our varsity tennis team. He has received three academic letters, the President's Volunteer Service Award, and the Children's Chinese Competency Certification. Outside of school, he participates in the Simply Help Foundation and is a member of the Overseas Community Affairs Council for the Republic of China. After graduation, Evan plans to major in Microbiology at Rutgers University.

10th and 11th graders who took the PSAT in October will be able to view their scores online through their college board accounts beginning THIS TUESDAY December 7th. Please see the following link for more info:
On December 14, the vocational school will be visiting with all 10th grade Gym classes. They will present information about their shared time programs. Most of the shared time programs are 2 year programs and students are eligible for them beginning in 11th grade. No sign up is necessary for the information session, students will get the presentation during their 10th grade gym class during the school day.
SAVE THE DATE: On the evening of December 15, Solution Prep will be offering a virtual SAT/ACT information session to the students of Toms River Schools. An information flyer with registration info will be coming soon.
Ocean County College is offering FREE FAFSA Workshops. Students DO NOT have to be planning to attend OCC to take advantage of these sessions. Workshop dates are Dec 1, 8, & 15 from 5 to 7 PM. You must RSVP for a session at : https://kiosk.na1.qless.com/kiosk/app/home/100100000007
