Why Should I Attend Hogwarts?

I am Harry Potter. Hogwarts is by far the best thing that has happened to me. Hogwarts is a home to everyone. When I was enrolled at Hogwarts, I was given the best support from my friends and teachers. Hogwarts was my refuge, and I felt safe there. Not only is Hogwarts awesome it has all sorts of great opportunities. While at Hogwarts you can journey to Hogsmeade, which is a small wizarding town with tons of fun and relaxing shops. While I was at Hogwarts we had fun holidays, and you could choose to go home or stay at Hogwarts to celebrate with your friends. If you stayed at Hogwarts there would be a special Christmas feast. Hogwarts offers a happy, fun type of environment. If you’re going to go anywhere for magical schooling, go to Hogwarts.

I am Hermione Granger, and I believe that Hogwarts is the safest and most informational school for wizards. While I was a student there, I was allowed to experience the many uses of a time turner. I could attend many classes at once, and it allowed me extra time to do my homework. Also, because of our magical atmosphere, we can do many things that people living in the muggle world cannot (like Quidditch and spellcasting). While you are schooling here, some of the classes you can take are Transfiguration, History of Magic, Potions, Care for Magical Creatures, and Herbology. My experience at Hogwarts has been wonderful, and I am positive lots of other new wizards will feel the same way as well.

My name is Ron Weasley, and I think that Hogwarts is the best wizarding school in the world. One time a bully cast a spell on me that made me vomit slugs, and my friends and teachers at Hogwarts helped me sort things out. I have also had many adventures in the hidden passages and rooms at Hogwarts. This allows me to get better at problem solving and have fun learning. There are many class choices here, and the teachers that teach them are just as exciting as the subjects (at least, most of the time). I would choose to attend Hogwarts again any time if I had to make the choice!

Places to Go

Room of Requirements:
The mysterious Room of Requirement can be anything you need. It can be a hideout for you and your friends or it could be a strange eerie room to hide a dark mysterious object such as a horcrux. In the years of Harry Potter, when Umbridge came to power, Harry and his friends created Dumbledore's Army needed a place to work in secrecy. The Room of Requirement helped them out. It offered a large room to practice spells and other defence spells against the dark art strategies. These spells were not being taught in normal classes at that time, so this room really helped them out. While we were at war it became at hideout for Dumbledore’s Army, where they escaped cruel treatment from the Carrows. The Room of Requirement is a place to get relieve from stress, and to get a room that will obey your every wishes.

Gryffindor Common Room:

Come chill out in the Gryffindor common room! Lounge around on the sofas with your friends, or get at a table near the hearth and challenge someone to a game of wizard chess. If you are looking for a place to study, or to just hang out, this is the place to be. In this room you will find couches, tables, a fireplace, stairs leading to the dorms, and lots of support from your fellow wizards in Gryffindor.

Headmaster's Office:

While at Hogwarts many are lucky enough to enter the headmaster’s office. As you enter the headmaster’s office, you will see a giant eagle. If you tell it the password it will spin around and reveal a long spiraling staircase. As you enter there will be a giant desk and two staircases that lead up to another platform where you will see another desk where the headmaster sits. In the corner you will see the panislulive, a mysterious object that can take you back in to your memories or someone else’s. The headmasters office is by far the most magical place in the castle.
